The Options Board of Directors
Michele FitzerExecutive Director, CEO
Michele Fitzer serves as the Executive Director of Options. Michele and her family relocated from Carson City to Big Pine in 2021. She has dual degrees in education and psychology, and is a certified biblical counselor with 12 years experience working with women and teen girls. Michele has been on staff with pregnancy resource centers in California and Nevada, and has eight years experience in administration, development (marketing, community relations and fundraising) and client services. She and her husband Craig, who pastors at Calvary Chapel Church on Main, have been married since 1994 and have four children.
Kyle BradfieldBoard Chair
Kyle Bradfield serves as the Chairman of the board. He grew up in Bakersfield where he accepted Christ at age 5. He attended Riverlakes Community Church in Bakersfield for 20 years before moving to Bishop in 2011. He volunteers with Inyo Search & Rescue and works from home building database systems. In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, hiking, rock climbing, and tinkering with computers.
Ashley BlockerBoard Secretary
Ashley Blocker serves as Board Secretary. She is mom to 3 little girls, works part time in the market research industry, runs a business with her husband and parents, and is involved in the local church and several other ministries. Her favorite job is being a mom to her daughters. In her fleeting spare time she enjoys hiking, homemaking, gardening, and most of all, spending quality time with her family and friends.
Rick KlugBoard Treasurer
Rick Klug serves as Board Treasurer. He is the pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, where he has served for nearly 20 years. Previously, he served as pastor/teacher at Grace Christian Fellowship in Potter Valley, CA, and before that as pastor to youth and families at Ukiah Presbyterian Church. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Humboldt State University, and his M.Div from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is passionate about people, and the Church coming alongside those who need it. He is a foster parent multiple times over and loves being a dad. Outside of his pastoral duties, he has coached multiple sports at the youth and high school levels, and enjoys being outside in nature up at his family’s cabin.
Dee Dee CostelloMember at Large
Donise “Dee Dee” Costello serves as a Board Member at Large. She graduated with her husband/friend from Life Pacific University (LPU) in 1987 with a BA, and again, together at LPU, with an MA in 2023. They have pastored the Oasis of Grace Foursquare Church in Bishop, CA, first as youth pastors and assistant pastors, and over the last 28 years as senior pastors. Both are very involved in their community in various roles (Chris is a volunteer firefighter, Dee Dee teaches CPR, is a substitute school teacher, teaches nursing students, and works as an RN at Northern Inyo Hospital). Dee Dee is passionate about pro-life and has been involved in various ministries over the years as a champion for the unborn with a high concern also for the well-being of the mother, recognizing that Jesus cares about each individual. Her favorite role in life is being a mother, and they have three adult children: Christopher, Michael, and Lauren, a beautiful daughter-in-law named Esmarelda, a sassy and fun grand-daughter named Jane (age 2), and a new one coming next month, named Christopher Judah. She loves being outdoors, skiing, fishing, has hiked the sierras, climbed mountains, and ran several marathons. Above all, she is committed to loving God and loving others and is privileged to serve on this pro-life ministry board.
Lynette McIntoshMember at Large
Lynette McIntosh serves as a Board Member at Large. She came to know Christ in 1974, and brings many years of ministry experience, as well as 33 years of business experience as owner of Window Fair in Bishop. She attends First Presbyterian Church, where she serves as an elder and a leader in women's ministry. She volunteers with Eastern Sierra Jail Ministry, leading weekly Bible studies for female inmates in Independence. She is passionate about praying for our nation and our state, and meets weekly with like-minded believers to pray. In the past she was a leader with Women’s Aglow, a national organization teaching and leading women deeper in their faith, as well as Celebrate Recovery, a Bible study for women seeking recovery from addiction. She is especially supportive of Options’ Abortion Recovery & Care program, and wants women to know that it’s never too late to seek healing and forgiveness. She and her husband have three grown children, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Lynette’s hobby and passion for encouraging others in their faith is based on Psalm 37:4, which says “Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.”
